When you buy a digital product (on our SamCart store or our Stan Store), sign up for the free Sweet Scoop newsletter or a free download, or contact us, we may collect:

Billing details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers)

We use this information to:
Fulfill orders and deliver digital downloads
Send purchase receipts and product-related messages
Send newsletters or updates only if you opted in

Who helps us
We use trusted services to run our stores and email: SamCart and Stan (checkout and digital delivery), Stripe (payments), and Constant Contact (the Sweet Scoop newsletter and other emails you sign up for). When you give your email on a Stan Store page or checkout and choose to join the Sweet Scoop, it is added to our Constant Contact list. Those companies process data under their own privacy policies.
We only add you to the Sweet Scoop newsletter if you sign up or check the box to join. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in those emails. Transactional messages about your order may still be sent.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run the store, or when the law requires it.

Our digital products are available to buyers in the United States.
